Offer contractPublic access terms for CSS-Zone

This public offer contract (the "Contract") is an official proposal by the entrepreneur Dmytro Serhiiovych Gulak (Ukraine, Mykolaiv region, Bratske, Myru 96, apt. 11, email: gamerstaject@gmail.com) (the "Administration") to enter into an agreement to provide access to the "CSS-Zone" service (the "Site") to any person (the "User") who accepts this offer.

• Acceptance means registration on the Site and/or payment of a subscription.
• Before subscribing, the User must read and agree to this Contract, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use, confirmed in the "Pricing" section.

The Administration provides the User with access to digital content and service functionality under a paid subscription.

• The User may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To access the service, the User must create an account using a valid email address.

• By registering, the User confirms their acceptance of this Contract.

Subscriptions are paid and provided on a prepaid basis.

• Available options: monthly and yearly subscriptions.
• Payments are processed via Monobank (mono).
• The User may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Auto-renewal may be enabled; if enabled, charges occur automatically after the paid period ends.
• Refunds for paid subscription periods are not available. Since the User receives immediate access to digital content upon payment, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights for digital content, the right of withdrawal and refund does not apply. If subscription is cancelled, the service remains active until the end of the paid period.

The User agrees to comply with this Contract and use the service properly.

• Do not share account credentials with third parties.
• Use content for personal purposes only.
• The Administration may restrict or block access for violations while preserving access until the paid period ends.

The Administration is not liable for technical issues beyond its control.

• The Administration is not liable for actions of third parties, including payment systems.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR (EU) / RODO (Poland).

• We may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to collect anonymized usage data.

The Administration may update this Contract by publishing changes on the Site and notifying Users via email or on-site notices.

• If the User disagrees, they may stop renewal before the current period ends.
• Users are notified at least 7 days before changes take effect.
• Continuing to use the Site means acceptance of updates.
