These Terms of Use govern the CSS-Zone website owned by Dmytro Serhiiovych Gulak.

• By using the Site, the User agrees to these Terms.
• If the User does not accept these Terms, they must stop using the Site.

To access paid features, the User must register and provide a valid email address.

• The User is responsible for account security.
• Sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• Account deletion is available by contacting the Administration.

All materials on the Site are the intellectual property of the Administration.

• Copying or distributing content for commercial use without permission is prohibited.
• Using the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
• CSS-Zone certificates are informational within the service and are not official education or professional attestation documents. Violations may result in access restrictions.

Access to paid features is provided on a prepaid basis.

• Available options: monthly and yearly subscriptions (current prices on the pricing page).
• Payments are processed via Monobank (mono).
• Subscriptions renew automatically after the paid period ends.
• Users can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are not available after purchase.

The Administration is not liable for technical issues beyond its control.

• The User is responsible for their actions, including copyright violations.
• The Administration may restrict access for violations of these Terms.
• Grounds include unauthorized access, credential sharing, illegal content, or fraud.
• Access may be restricted without refunds.

By using the Site, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy.

• Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Analytics may be used to improve the service.

The Administration may update these Terms by publishing changes on the Site.

• Users may be notified via email or on-site notices.
• If a User disagrees, they may opt out of renewal.
• The User may stop using the Site if they do not accept changes.
